For my dear friends whom made my undergrad journey so memorable.

Simple and abstract design of the letters "SFU" - the acronym of Simon Fraser University, the books serve as records of my life in Canada from 2015-2020.

Five colours in total - Green, blue, red, grey, and black. Each colour represents different materials and sceneries in the university. Some of the copies were printed in Vancouver, Canada using Mohawk paper. In 2020, I returned to China and decided to try printing my books using different printing techniques.
The books I've created are mainly composed of images with minimal text. The text is usually brief, giving off a sort of "in-the-know" vibe. As I am writing this in 2022, it's been two years since I graduated from Simon Fraser University. Time has really flown by, and one thing that's been missing from this project is our graduation photos. Unfortunately, the graduation ceremony was cancelled due to COVID-19 and rescheduled for May of this year, but we were unable to attend.
Even though the SFU series is now complete, I believe that we will eventually have a "Reunited" edition in which we can all sit together, flipping through these books and creating new memories as we laugh and roast each other.
To my friend, if you're reading this, know that I always think of you and I'm sure we'll see each other again soon.
